This is 1 of THE MOST BEST GAME from Xbox360 Arcade can bring to you. You take role of Scott Pilgrim fighting all 7 evil Ex(exs) of Ramona in order to live peacefully with Ramona. You can buy this full game with only 800MSpoints and another 160MSPoints for Knives Chau Add-On Pack (DLC) for 1 new playable character, Knives Chau and 1 new mode, "Dodge Ball". Believe me it wasn't
any near the Japanese "Dodge Ball" game back in the 8bit era. The game merely uses 200MB+.
Gameplay
Whats best about this games is that it was design to bring back nostalgia moment during the 8-16bit gaming era. You can see all the Super Mario 3 Map design, Street of Rage or Final Fight playing style, Ninja Turtle, and lots more in the game. Although you may level up time to time, it will grant you a new move each time you level up, but won't add any to your stat, only the food you buy from shop add permenant stat. The game also support local 4 player, sorry guys no online 4 player co-op mode. There are 4 playable character, Scott, Ramona, Kim, Stephen plus 1 character from DLC, Knives. The graphic are deliberately design to mimic 8bit era games so there aren't any comment there but the soundtrack are TOTAL AWESOME!
Verdict
My 800MSpoints is well spend! Awesome soundtrack, 4 player local co-op, too bad no over internet co-op but the game is VERY well worth 800MSpoints. Nothing fancy about the DLC character "Knives" and a failed mimiking of "Dodge Ball" game. DLC can be skip is desire.
